Our Yoga Foundation course is taught by myself and Dipika.

This is a 10 day course, that will run one Saturday a month for 10 months.

It's a course that will deepen your understanding of yoga, its history and philosophies. It will also cover the mechanics of breathing and the importance of relaxation practices, meditation, mudra and simple chants.
