I aim to provide students with yoga classes that allow you to work to your measure. Students should be able to take the gentle path or challenge themselves, and hopefully they feel supported whatever choice they make. I teach yoga to adults, teenagers and children. Every student is different, I aim to support those coming to my classes to work within that difference, so they can enjoy and reap the benefits of yoga practice.

A CHAIR BASED CLASS for those needing a very gentle approach to movement. This class is aimed at maintaining mobility and creating a sense of calm. This class includes tea and biscuits afterwards.

1.30 - 2.30 pm

A CHAIR BASED CLASS for those needing a very gentle approach to movement. This class is aimed at maintaining mobility and creating a sense of calm.

FRIDAYS

7.30 - 9.00 pm (3rd Friday of the month)

The Woodhouse Centre, Hoskins Rd, Oxted RH8 9HT

A monthly Yin Yoga Class. Yin poses are held for 2-5 minutes, often supported with bolsters or blocks and blankets. Yin yoga can increase flexibility and relaxation by targeting deep connective tissue.
